We want you to love your piece just as much as we loved designing it. If it isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. We simply ask that the jewellery is returned in acceptable condition and in its original packaging.

Your jewellery is made to last. With normal wear, it won’t fade or tarnish. We use high-quality materials and durable plating to help your pieces keep their shine. If you store them properly and keep them away from harsh products, they’ll stay beautiful for a long time.

For all orders within Canada, we provide free shipping. There’s no paid priority option because it isn’t needed—every customer receives the same fast, careful service.

We pack your jewellery by hand in our Wyoming studio and ship it out as soon as your order comes in. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it right to your doorstep. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on where you live, but our promise is simple: we ship quickly, and you don’t pay for shipping.

Every design is created by Amelia and me. Each piece starts as a sketch at our kitchen table, is brought to life by hand in our studio, and is carefully inspected for quality before it’s shipped to you.

Life happens. If a chain snaps or a stone comes loose, please contact us with your order number and a photo. Within the first three months, we’ll repair or replace any piece that shows an issue with materials or craftsmanship, whenever possible.

For accidents or well-loved wear after that, we’re still happy to offer a discount on a replacement.
