Return

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible to return your order. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is complete with all original parts and components, and the packaging is returned in the same condition.

  2. Only normal handling and inspection of the product have occurred. Damage from improper or careless use is not covered.

  3. Products where hygiene is relevant must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  4. If the product is defective, it must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt, and if the above conditions are met, you will receive confirmation of acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect misuse, excessive wear, or damage not attributable to us.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@ciara-boutique.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo(s) of the product if defective or damaged

    • Your full name

    • Your shipping address

We will respond with the correct return address. Do not return the product to the sender’s address.


Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

Under Canadian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

Because our order fulfillment is automated and goods are shipped immediately, it is not possible to stop the shipment once the order is placed. If your goods have already been shipped, you must wait for them to arrive and then initiate a return as described above.

To cancel your order, please email us at info@ciara-boutique.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal is complete when the goods are received back at our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend that you retain and send us proof of shipment to expedite processing.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We cannot refund any additional delivery charges you may have chosen beyond our standard delivery option.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or left unclaimed and returned to us, a $35 CAD deduction will be applied to your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.


Important Notes

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • We are not responsible for delays in transit.

  • For hygiene-sensitive products, we may reject returns if the product is returned in an unsanitary or used condition.
